California State Bar No. 274007

Elisha Cronin
Elisha enjoys helping parties make informed decisions to facilitate resolution of disputes. Whether as a mediator, litigation counsel, or a neutral investigator, Elisha believes knowledge puts parties back in the driver’s seat when litigation, or the threat of litigation, feels out of control.
Early in her career as a litigator, Elisha was named one of five “Associates to Watch” in California by the California Daily Journal. Elisha’s early experience representing various businesses in a wide array of legal matters helped her to quickly and accurately evaluate cases and draft orders as a career law clerk to a federal judge. Her training as a mediator enabled her to provide valuable insight and assistance to the judge in resolving the numerous successful settlement conferences before the court.
Elisha also has experience in a large California-based law firm where she represented K-12 school districts and higher education institutions in a variety of employment and student disciplinary matters. Elisha has conducted workplace investigations involving complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She is also a trained Title IX investigator and decision-maker and has experience investigating complaints involving students in K-12 and higher education settings.
As a litigator and mediator, Elisha values facilitating communication between parties by listening to everyone involved in a dispute and helping them understand the strengths and weaknesses of their positions. Elisha’s natural ability to listen to all sides of an issue is also essential in her role as a neutral, unbiased investigator. Finally, either as a neutral to the parties or as an advocate before the court, Elisha has a talent for taking all the information gathered in each of these roles, applying it to legal principles, and explaining her findings or her client’s position in plain, accessible language.
In her free time, Elisha, her husband, and her children enjoy just about anything that gets them outdoors, including watersports, snow sports, climbing, camping, and fast cars.
