Amy E. Burke, Esq.
Amy is Senior Counsel at EC Cronin, APC. She advises clients on transactional matters with a focus on intellectual property protection and enforcement, regulatory compliance, and business relationships.
Amy helps clients establish and maintain domestic and international trademark portfolios, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial agreements (including distribution and manufacturing contracts, licenses, nondisclosure agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, and customer-facing agreements), and provides strategic counseling to support business objectives.
Amy joined EC Cronin, APC in March 2026. Before that, she operated her own private practice in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, and served as partner at a boutique Los Angeles intellectual property firm, where she focused on domestic and international trademark prosecution, litigated matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal court. Her experience spans transactional and litigation work at leading California firms dating back to 2010.
